How to find us:

You will find us in the Urbanización La Marina. From the N-332, after the highway is four lanes take the exit on top of the hill "La Marina - Urbanizaciones". Take the first exit right immediately. You´ll pass the gas station and after the S-curve in the small sink you turn left (signpost of our partner Su Casita) into Calle Bilbao. Downhill 500 metres after the third street corner to the right, there is a small cul-de-sac. Please park on Calle Bilbao and go a few metres up the narrow dead end street. On the right you´ll find our orange coloured house (No. 70).

Mon - Fri 10:00 to 13:00, and more by appointment
Sat only phone or e-mail
Sun please via e-mail, and only in emergencies by phone

Terms, conditions, prices

Prices in Euro

  • Honorary per hour: 13.00 + VAT for all activities except:
  • Gestoría (Contract Services, Authorities, Seeing Doctors,...): 15.00 + VAT
  • Intensive-Interpreting: 18.00 + VAT
  • Fixed Prices for permanent house maintenance, pool care, etc.: Please ask for our complete price list.
  • Text work and Translations by word, page or hours (13.00), after agreement.

Taxi Services with assistance only on pre-order (except emergencies)

  • Accompaniment: Honorary per hour + car costs
  • Transport of up to 4 people incl. luggage: 1.30 / km (min.: 5,00). Cheaper fares with longer rides.
  • Airport Transfer Alicante: 30.00 (5-8 pers.: 40.00), Murcia-San Javier: 45.00 (5-8 pers.: 65.00)

Property Management

e.g. for a house maintenance (airing, controls,...) incl. post service (1x/month), which is accompanied by a rental agreement, the moderate monthly fee will be even reduced by up to 28 %.


  • holiday rentals: for keyholder service and acquisition we get a percentage of the rent.
  • rentals by the owner: we only get paid a moderate fee for keyholder service.
  • long-term rentals: we receive one months rent for acquisition, key holding etc.

Contractual Basis

  • Property management and / or rental agreement. If interested, we will send you a draft.


  • unless otherwise agreed, in connection with packages for house management at least 1/2 year and pool maintenance at least 1/4 years in advance.
  • unless otherwise agreed cash to our business account (see invoice).
